dad was trying to find some turtle soup shop...

and i saw THEM.

i saw it!

i saw it up close and not on TV.

quite interesting and disgusting.

but hey, that's real life for you!

in the end we ended up going back to the same old turtle soup shop we normally go when we eat turtle soup.

i DO NOT eat turtle soup okay.

i'm just sickened at the thought of eating turtle meat, and also that an innocent turtle just got killed like that.

i mean, it's an endangered species of sorts!

not much of an environmentalist, but i do care!

about certain things that is...

i did eat the omelette, and the TOFU was good!

i only eat those with rice.

aahahahah.

so i'm good.

my dad was so funny in that he didn't want to drive through ERP, which meant paying 2 bucks.

so he kept avoiding the ERP by turning to some other place.

my mom said he just wanted the satisfaction of not giving the money to them.

hahha. :}

oh then we stopped at KALLANG RIVER (by accident)

and we got out and walked... for a while.

went back to... LAU PA SAT!

where we met my aunt's family for SATAY!!!!

satisfyingggggg.

my iced teh tarik was goooood.

then we left after an hour?

dad brought us to see the orchard lightings.

not that great.

but whatever!

it was one of the longest times we were out together!

so i'm grateful for that!

and now i'm back.

had one of the worst nights ever.

i woke up around 2 am because i had a terrible and horrible nightmare.

i was so fucking scared it would come true i even went into his room to check.

then i cried in bed.

honestly, it was so damn scary.

i NEVER want to have a nightmare like this ever again.

met KY at BPP today at 11.

freaking hell.

i took the wrong bus and had to waste my bus money. :(

i am very particular about that because i just see my 24 dollars shrink to 6 in just a week.

sigh.

but anyway, we bought "party" food...

which consisted of SAMOSA (not my idea), CHICKEN BURGER PATTIES (my idea :D), CHEESE, DRINKS, and ONION RINGS.

we meant to cook them ourselves, but angella asked her maid to do it.

it looked good when she gave it to us!

but yeah, we gave her the puzzle present.

and did the gift exchange.

so that was my day.

really have to start on my assignments.

 i just got reminded of the amount of work we have.

i think it increased. :|

well, thursday went about well enough.
i think we kind of covered everything we wanted to do in one day.

reached hillary's house at 10am or so i think.
got dropped off at sunway pyramid!
freedom is okay.
pizza hut in malaysia seriously lacks the standard of that in singapore.

ice skating after lunch was... crowded.
didn't get much skating done, but i am amazed at myself for not falling at all!!!!
in fact, i'm even feeling the urge to go skating in singapore!

but then again, there IS SOME FUN in going round and round in circles on ice.
there was this guy though, who was HILARIOUSLY inept in the skating department.
not to be mean, but he kept on slipping on the ice and falling.
i even saw him squeeze the water out of his glove.
it was just a YOU HAD TO BE THERE TO EXPERIENCE IT moment.
seriously, a danger hazard!
i would like stop in my tracks whenever he came near.
oh what a laugh we had.
the thing that made it funnier was that he seemed to be mentally cursing himself whenever he fell.
kudos for trying so hard though.

after skating for two hours... i think we kind of got bored because it was too crowded.
so we went around shopping!
