MJ is dead. I woke up today to that news from my mother, and my first thoughts were: "WHAT ABOUT HIS TOUR?" Guess that's gonna be cancelled now. :/ But apart from that I don't feel any different, I mean, sure, we've lost a great legend of music, but... I don't listen to his music... so. :/ RIP.

but I had another great dream today! I think if you cry yourself to sleep you'll have nice dreams haha.

So here's how it goes. I'm at this concert right, with all my cousins my family from both sides. It's this open space concert, must like the Isle of Wight Festival, which I was coincidentally writing about the other day. & so the Jonas Brothers were performing apparently. & I was pretty calm! :o Well, I should be. So yada they were singing... and then Zac Efron suddenly appeared on stage in a grey tuxedo, and started singing too! He was probably their guest or something. So he started singing, and halfway he took out this piece of paper with the lyrics and numbers above the lyrics for the notes. I think it was because he couldn't remember how the song went, and with the help of that sheet he could do it! But that's okay, still love him. So after that Taylor Swift came on. Or maybe it was her first before Zefron, but I can't remember. Anyway, she started singing You Belong With Me... but there was a technical glitch with the mike so we couldn't really hear what she was singing in the beginning but she still continued singing until she realised there was no sound so she switched mikes. Then sing sing sing... I think the Jonas brothers came back on when she finished. And she just blatantly walked over the stage while Joe was singing and whatnot and took her mike off the stand and walked off. tsk, joe and taylor. > : (

In the meanwhile!!!! We were all sitting in chairs listening to the concert right, and I think either Ky/Elena was behind me, I was in the front row... then Zefron materialized in the third row... :/ It's like 3 seat row. so there was only 3 seats in a row. I was seating in the first seat first row, Ky/Elena in first seat second row, and Zefron second seat third row. You get the point?? Anyway... I suddenly hear him call my name. HE KNOWS MY NAME. *faints* Anyway, he asks me if I had tissue, which I did and gave him one for him to wipe his sweat or something. Then he asks me again by calling me, do you want to go to the toilet? I was like 0_0 why is he asking me if I want to accompany him to go to the toilet? But he's Zefron no? So I said yes, and got up to leave, and Ky/Elena followed too... So he was like in front of us and I was in disbelief, Zefron asked me to the toilet. Zefron asked me for tissue paper. Zefron knows my name, how does he know my name? So he went to the gents, we went to the ladies. And that was that. The rest is part of something else...

where I had to inch past a ledge and there were dogs below. :o fierce ones somemore... & then... the owner allowed us to come down and got his dogs away, and there was this really small hole we had to squeeze through to get out but I was claustrophobic and decided to use the gate instead and when I went out it became a HDB staircase.... Then we got to the slope outside my house, and there were many Green comfort taxis and there were some peculiar people inside! Like Kris Allen. :o

Yea, so that was the end of my dream. The first part was awesome though wasn't it? ZAC!!!!!! :)

bloody hell, it's thursday already. can someone just tell me the days are not going by as fast they seem to be? oh my god. monday i did nothing, tuesday i did nothing, wednesday i went to sentosa for advert shooting, today... OMG, where has my life gone to?

was it saturday yesterday?

feels like eons have past since then! >:(

father's day innit today? early morning round 630am, woke up and went with my mom to the airport by car to give my dad some clothes and stuff to pack for his London trip. He should've arrived by now. Well, i wasn't sleeping very well anyways last night, so... I actually managed to heave myself out of bed. Weird huh. My willpower can be so strong sometimes. Okay, that's if I actually don't think that I don't want to do it. Hm.

Yeah, so it was just a brief, hey dad, oh here's your stuff, what do you need us to take back, okay, everything okay?, alright then, bye. Like, am i a HUMAN or what. God, sometimes it's so hard, because I don't know what to say and well, it's just like that. He only landed from China at like 4am. stupid airplane delays, but as long as he's safe?

See I'm just ranting about my inability to say what I feel.

So after that we drove home, then headed to the market, i wanted CARROT CAKE, bloody stall wasn't open. :(

Came home and after doing a few things, it was 1pm?! I woke up at 6.30! the time's supposed to go slow! Yeah, then after lunch which was really nice by the way, I went back to procrastinating and soon it was 6.30pm. OMG.

12 hours. 12 hours just passed me by in a blink of an eye and i'm not kidding.

Yes I'm freaking out.

So yeah, hopefully I can complete what I need to complete by tomorrow. :/

Which I am seriously doubting.

but hey, i can dream.

i forgot to mention this on tuesday:

i was passing by a starbucks in this mall, and there was this lady with a baby sitting at one of the tables, and to my horror... i saw her baby on the table... you know those round small starbucks tables? yeah, so her baby was on the table, and she was changing its diapers. :o like right there, in full view of all customers and staff. i was appalled, like seriously disgusted. how could anyone be so inconsiderate, i mean, you have got to be kidding me woman! the table's a place for eating, and imagine all the germs that have been transmitted onto that table and what the next patron who sits at that same table will get. my mom commented with "now you know not to place food on tables next time.... " or something wise. :) there's a thing called a TOILET m'aam. wow.

anyway, went out with Ky today. she was late, i planned my time carefully so i didn't have to wait that long. we ate kobayashi! and watched I LOVE YOU MAN.

it was an epic show. NC 16 and it was just full of sexual references and swear words. This tells me that I haven't been watching many NC 16 movies. :o I mean... Juno was my first NC16 theatre movie, which means that i watched it in a cinema. Huh, what was the second one... I remember OH, Charlie Bartlett was one of them. Yeah... Anyway, everyone who's over 16 should watch that bloody movie. It was just awkward bromance at its best!! It was bordering on gay more like! :) But quite funny! I don't know if Ghosts of Girlfriends Past would have been a better choice or not but I'm all for soppy rom-coms so... I don't know? :)

Then we walked around for like a couple of hours... The sales are pretty tempting but I shall just stick to Danny500. I should call him that... so that you guys won't get confused. Danny500! :) <3>

Well, have to head to school tomorrow for advert consultation so... awesome. ;|

& I wrote a new tune today, but I only got till the first verse! >: ( it's sounding pretty nice so far though, at least i like it! :)

oh my goodness.

i just had the bestest dream everrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrxzxzxzxz.

let me recount.

okay, so it started with me holding my dslr and walking with Ky. (no Ky is not the reason why it's the best dream even though she might think it is. ) walking with Ky and one other person down this road... before this i can't remember what happened but yeah... something must've made me walk away... okay so on the road, it was pretty deserted... then we came to this traffic junction. very short distance between the side we're on and the other one... if you know what i mean... but anyway, it's the red light for cars... and parked there was this like... white van thingy. then okay we were going to cross when i saw. when i saw!!!!!!!!

He was in the van.

So i practically said...

"OMG, is that Tom? It is Tom!" *waves*

"Tom!"

"Hey!" (tom)

Then I walked over to the drivers seat which was on the left side... the other side of Singapore's car driver's seat. :o Weird. but whatevs. He was saying hi to Ky & the other two girls who were on the other side.

So I was alone on the other side basically and since I had a DSLR, I aimed it at him to shoot a picture of this epic glorious moment.

THEN!!!!!

The best part is coming.

He turned over and before I took a picture (i was pretty much freaking out!) he asked me

"Can I talk to you?"

*MY EYES WIDEN*

he continued...

"Would you like to work with us on a new song Cross(ed)?"

I couldn't make out the exact words but he meant me to duet/play guitar with them or something.

I actually remembered the name of the song for some weird reason.

Anyway, that was like... seriously OMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMG.

"OMG, are you serious? YES!"

I was like handing the DSLR to Ky & then hugged Tom from inside the van thingy.

OMGGGGGGGGG.

So I said

"I don't play guitar very well."

"It's okay, it's more of a throat thing..." or something like that...

probaby vocals! :O

OMGGGGGG.

So he said he'd call me up and drove off.

I was freaking out.

I woke up with my heart racing and I couldn't get back to sleep to continue my dream!!!!! >: (

omg epic epic epic!!!

Imagine, my wish of collaborating with McFly, fulfilled! :o

Not that it will happen now that i've dreamt of it...

since dreams are always the opposite of reality.

so that was one downside. :(

Anyway. GAHHHHHHH!!!! does a dream ever make you wake up with your heart racing like crazy? (not including nightmares)

well this one did for me and I am so glad I dreamt of that! :)

Well, other than that, today we had a lunch buffet at Marina Mandarin to celebrate my aunt's birthday. Pretty cool since I haven't had a buffet since a long long time ago. I don't think I can eat anymore after that though. It was soooo filling. :o There was a beautiful seafood spread but I hardly touched it. :/ Oysters?! No thanks. Okay I should stop talking of food... i feel like puking. Haha, but the desserts were good. :)

so i watched the dvd today! but it's the same thing! :o no no no no it's not happening. thing is there are 2 parts to the dvd... and both parts are somewhat similar, it's just a little bit of editing and whatnot. i'm pretty sad. :( apparently it's supposed to be two different videos! i was cheated!!! maybe i should email warnersg about it. yup... soon.

i've to do a recap of my week.

Tuesday

there was no advert lecture, so i went to school at 12 for Media Research, our last tutorial before the break and all. Caught unawares there was a pop quiz waiting for us, but i did manage to get 3 out of 5 right, which is pretty fine since i did get 4/5 the last time around... 2 more that i must ace. :} but yeah, it was a pretty relaxed tutorial. & we got back our LitReview. Well, i shan't say more, just that I have to work harder. I can't always get Bs. I hate being in the middle. It's either that or i'll get Cs or Ds. I DON'T WANT TO BE SUB-PAR anymore!!! >:(

tv production. well, i guess we rehearsed and all, but our proposal's still undone. which is bad. got back my script from the last assignment and i barely just passed. i'll have to rewrite again but i ain't got a clue what to write about... :(

Thursday

Seeing as there was no advert tutorial, i only went for newswriting, and the consultation was really helpful for my final submission of my assignment! :} yay, & as i've said i was on crack because of Danny! :} it's unfathomable how i can amuse myself sometimes. :o

Ky joined my advert group around 12/1 pm while she had her own mishaps which resulted in her spilling chicken rice all over her leg. :/ but we managed to complete our advert discussion for consultation on friday which you now know sucked.

we all went to the digitizing room to discuss. t'was a long time since i'd been there. :p

Today (Saturday)

well since S.I didn't need my help anymore... I woke up like at 9 plus, which gave me a headache that lasted through most of the day which sucks. :( and time passed really fast again. i can feel it slipping through my fingers. URRRRGH. I wonder how the S.I auditions went today... it's such a shame i couldn't be there. :( so i slacked a lot today bahaha.

Well, it was one last song, and it was on camera so one wouldn't call it LIVE... but still!!!!!!!!!!! I love Tyler, he's like this really cool dude. :}

i was utterly and completely surprised by the appearance of this album on the racks of cd stores here in singapore today! :} i would have shrieked but i'm not a shrieker... haha. so today was made an "epic-awesome" day because of the above album.

well the day started out quite well! i woke up to see that David Archuleta was on the cover of Urban! What a pleasant way to start the day innit? & my mom was totally hip, she knew who Zac Efron was and told me that Zac Efron was in the papers to. "small picture only", but it turned out to be like 1/3 of the supplement, definitely not small! haha. Yep, and the pictures of David were so gorgeous! The interview that came with it was pretty insightful.

so i arrived in time for consultation in school. handed up my newswg assignment, which was not much of a relief anymore, since i now know how many more assignments i have coming my way. this holiday is NOT a holiday, i repeat. NOT a holiday. & consultation was sad, because we now have to change loads of stuff...

12.15, Ky & I headed out to Suntec for lunch/pc show! but the lift at fms was so dang crowded and we had to wait for like 4-5 lifts before we decided to take the one going up and then come down. there was a HUGE AMOUNT of people at the eighth floor. it was insaneeeeeeee.

anyway, point is, we had Aston's for lunch! woooooo, newly opened i think, but it was a nice lunch! was going to buy starbucks/mccafe but then nahhh, headed for pc show instead. it was goddamn crowded i tell you, but a fruitful trip it was! i checked out the Canon 500D and the gifts that came with it. It's such a good deal in my opinion... :D I would loveeeeee to get it but my dad's out of town.. and my mom is telling me to call him and ask him when he's coming back before she decides whether to go with me to get it. Dangggggum. But I don't even know if Singapore Idol's even wanting my assistance. I never got a call/email whatever. :( I'm really sad because hell, I was looking forward to this weekend! Now they have to let me down like that... if I was Tayswift I'd write a song about them. Tsk.

that was one of the lows of today. mostly highs though. so we both went to check out the hard drives and I BOUGHT ONEZXZXZXZ. 500GB for like 149.90. I know, psychological pricing, but honestly it works. haha. Well, now I don't have to worry about losing all my info in my beloved (mac), though I know he wouldn't betray me like that. <3>:D You know why? Because of this picture:

isn't he the epitome of cutenessthatilove?! i have it as my wallpaper now... and during newswriting consultation on thursday, i was constantly looking at it because it made me grin like a silly girl in love. you wouldn't know how it feels. because this picture just gets to me a lot. it's making me smile now just writing about it. AWWWW!!! okay, laugh at me. but that's just the reason why I love this guy so much. Not to mention his voice. His smile... I'll stop.

Now where was i? I digressed so much. so i bought a hard drive. AWESOME! checked out the other sales they had around the area, like the Watsons one and the clothes one... wasn't much... so we walked over to Marina Square to buy AWESOME fudge sundaes!! & just walked about aimlessly... Obviously Mac sundaes are the best! :} But Ky made it gross by mixing everything up before eating so it was all watery and icky. Quoting Ky: "I think in my next life, I will be reincarnated to be a blender."

She's a total weirdo. sigh.

Then Ky secured a dinner with her parents, but still had time so we went to HMV! Oh, I kept making the sensors go crazy every time I passed them by. The beeping annoyed the hell out of me. Seriously. The hard drive luuuuh. But I was indifferent. They don't really check though... so one can just steal Ky said. But then maybe the beeps are different sounding... who knows right? :}

Anyway, now comes the epic part. Ky pointed me to the Jonas Brothers new cd cover, and because it wasn't out yet, I was all curious and then they mentioned pre-sales... so I was oh. Then suddenly, "eh look, McFly!" OMGOMGOMGOMGOMG my heart literally jumped out of my ribcage then! WHY DID I NOT SEE IT AT FIRST GLANCE?! WAS JONAS BROTHERS MORE INTERESTING!? Well that just proves that I never in the world thought they would stock McFly. I was like OMG. "I'm buying it!" haha. It was 21.95. Then reality check! I decided to check Sembawang Music out to see if they had it.

But I was fawning over the albums. IT WAS JUST SO UBER COOL AND I WAS JUST SPAZZING IN A DISCREET MANNER. :}

So we headed to Raffles City, wanting to use the internet, but no space at the new Macs or Starbucks ... so we just stood and checked. So it's cool. Found the US version of Taylor Swift Ky wanted... & I found my AWESOME McFly album!!!!

"Excuse me, do you have the latest album by McFly?"

"Oh, it just came in." gestures to the cardboard box that the albums were in.

"OMG, really? Yay, can I have a look?" she shows me a newlyyyyyy out of the box album!

"Is it on sale?"

"You have to wait for a moment, we have to sort them out."

"Yep, sure no problem!"

That's basically what kinda happened.

I WAS SO HAPPY!!!!!!!

& it was 19 bucks after discount (no idea what discount but yeah...)

I WAS SO HAPPY!!!!!!!!

It just totally turned my day around! I am so friggin excited. I shall go open it up now. :)

i almost broke my "no-burgers" rule today. i almost ate a ziiiiiiiiiinger my mom bought for me as lunch. seriously... but I RESISTED! woo! so score 1 for that! :} i am more than 6 months into this no-burger thing, and it feels great! yes it does! wooooooooooo. okay... still working on the no-fries thing. haha, can't live without fries la.

i'm annoyed. annoyed that my sister can't step up to the plate. even if it's just calling for delivery. i'm done with always being the one doing the calling while she sits there and waits for the food to be served to her. it's like... she's royalty or something. i can't stand the fact that she is constantly waaaaaiting to be served. wth. & so today i said i was not going to call, since she was the one who wanted to call delivery in the first place. if she wanted delivery, she'd have to call herself. oh but then she had to CONVENIENTLY avoid calling by going to paint the room instead. WOW. like majorly WOW. i am so amazed that i am speechless. now i am just annoyed.

whatever. this sucks. all of it.

went to school at 11am, cos we needed to discuss tvprod... but as always, i was early.

slept at 2? couldn't sleep. i've been not able to fall asleep in the mornings. like i'll get up real early. okay, i'm not making much sense... again. (must be because i'm currently waiting in the library for 6pm to come so i can head to MEDIACORP! my first time at mediacorp!) i wanna go already! new experience! but yeah... okay i was supposed to talk about today.

i woke up at 630 and got up at 7... moody me. mom sent me to school, but it was redundant. no consultation. my fault really. sigh. it's okay. monday. i will be aliveeeeeeeeeeeeee! (random)

there's no school tomorrow!

Today was an awesome day in so many ways!!! I got up round 6.30am automatically! Brushed up and everything & left with the family to my uncle's house! Managed to see yingying & zhanli & their cousins... it was pretty nice. then we headed to west coast for a lovely mcdonald's breakfast where i had my cappuccino! & i think i saw my secondary 2 chinese teacher. :/ coincidence?

came to school early and went to print MRM notes for Ky. saw some peeps at the printing shop, and then sat at convention centre till it was time for newswriting! OH. before that, Ky could not see me at all. She had to call me, and she was like 2 benches away right in front of me. 0_0

newswriting was okay. I should really start working on my FA1 already. ANGLES ANGLES! >:( & tvprod we had to seat in various assigned seats... & we haven't decided on a topic!! stress!!

lunch was blah. after lunch was MRM, and when we were told that there was gonna be assigned seating, our hearts just sank. it's all because some people forged other people's signatures. i mean, c'mon already. yeah, so Ky & I were like... great. So after school, Ky saw she had a missed call, so I called back and guess what? It was actually Singapore Idol personnel! wooooo!!!

I didn't even know I said American Idol until the person on the phone corrected me. :o OMG, too much of Western influence!

Anyways, we have a briefing on Thursday! Ky asked them about whether they called me or not. Heh! :} YAY! So now I can go for SGIDOL & AYG! hopefully! life's looking up!

& French was cold.
