Sunday was all work & no play from 2 to 9.30pm. There was a party for this 8 year old girl and boy, is she lucky! If only you saw the birthday cake that was made for her. It was like HUGE. 3D T-rex (chocolate mango cake). It looked good but it was too dry when I ate it. Meh, why are people bothering more about aesthetics and not the inner side of things?
Anyway, I don't think I rest much... oh yeah, and i had to pump 15 balloons and they kept flying away at first and bursting in loud pops, which was seriously annoying... but then later I tied them up so it was okay. I hate pumping balloons!!!! >:(
But yeah, the birthday party had a magician too! Like seriously!!! But it was seriously lame in my honest opinion... I guess only kids will get fooled by it?
Dinner was the leftovers from the party after everyone left round 9. You should have seen the amount of plates and glasses and stuff that needed to be cleaned. :o At least we got some help from a few of the boss friends. :)
Monday I met up with Ky to eat Swensens 1-4-1 ice cream buffet! She was late, as usual... AND DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE WAIT. But the buffet was okay I guess. Waffles were pretty awesome. I should've eaten more! But too full after 12 scoops of weird ice-cream. :/ Had cakes as well. :D If it wasn't one for one I guess it wouldn't be worth it.
I have pictures!!!
YAY. I love editing photos you know?
See how it comes out?
:D
I brought my own DANNY500 out so it was awesome! ;D A little heavy though, meh...
But I will continue to use it! :X
Anyway, after the lunch, we walked around Ion, which is HUGE k... didn't get anything but I am considering a few pieces I guess. Wish I had all the money in the world!
And later we had takoyaki before we left.
6 for 4.80!!! :/
It tasted like normal takoyaki balls though. :/
Oh well, had fun.
& we bought some Japanese street food from this stall, whose owner I think was Japanese, and was really cute (in Ky's opinion).
I was saying goodbye to my mom on the phone but looking at him so I guess he thought I was saying goodbye to him and then he replied but after he saw that I was on the phone he realised I wasn't saying goodbye to him so it was well funny. :D
Going to get my pay tomorrow yay!

I really love John Mayer's music!!! Wish I could play like he does, but that is so much of an unrealistic dream you don't even wanna know. :)
Just listen to it! Can't wait for his album out November 17!
Anyway, I've been working & working and not enjoying my holidays at all...
Wednesday I went back to the bistro to work, & it was practically empty the whole day, so it was quite sad because there was nothing much to do. Got transferred to the bubble tea shop again... & also, I can't help it if I have a lousy phone that doesn't vibrate strongly when people call me okay? So if I miss your call it isn't because I don't want to talk to you... It is UNINTENTIONAL. I'll call you back when I actually see you've called... or messaged. I know it's kinda stupid, because if this is the case I shouldn't have a phone at all... but that's how it is, unless you wanna be so kind as to get me a new one. & I don't have my phone with me 24/7, so SORRY if I'm not at your beck & call. psh.
Thursday, I reported to the bubble tea shop. It was pretty hectic. I think I'm pretty clumsy when I'm there. I can't hear properly too... what with the radio blaring chinese music so loud.... Have to ask twice or thrice about their orders. ;/
Friday too, I got a call from Wen Hui & I was thinking am I supposed to be there earlier? He called to ask me to buy Long John's for him. Scared me. :( But anyway, I messed up one order again. I don't know what the hell is wrong with me y'know? I hate being so... screwed up. ARGH!!! But got off early.
Today I'm going to try to take some night shots downstairs of the mooncake festival party later, which we are going to. haha. I remember when we were young, we used to love these things. Now it's like an obligation that we try to avoid as far as possible.
Now am going to make a music mix. :D

I just wanted to let ya'll know I had the most amazing dream last night. Just thinking about it now makes me swoon and smile and everything!!!! :D
& yeah, if you know me, it was about McFly. :) I dreamt they had a gig at this open area (weirdly enough Sentosa came to mind). But anyway, they were singing POV & I had to leave for awhile to handle the person to fix the toilet somewhere... so I missed part of POV. The first song they sang though was... I can't exactly remember. HOWEVER!!!!
The best part of it was I was with friends, and we were beside the barricaded portion of the rest of the crowd, so basically we could just run up the stage and hug them ahemDANNYahem. But we didn't... and the best part was that Danny LOOKED AT ME when he was came down the stage, got so close to me, and I swore I would've just spontaneously combusted right there. But I didn't. Instead, I was all crazy happy that he looked at me!!!!! Then the next thing I knew he came right up to me *still singing of course) & his finger touched my cheek. Like brushed against me, while he went behind us. I was, omg did he do that on purpose or by accident? I think it was deliberate!!!!! EEEEEEEEEEEE. *hyperventilating* OH OH OH!!!! Then he came back up to us and in his hands were this basket of garlic wings, chicken wings. & I remember myself saying, "Seriously?" a couple of times... and he was smiling and asking us to take a chicken wing, so we all did.
Then they all continued with the gig and all I think... because I forgot everything after the chicken wing part.
Okay anyway, I'm in a terribly good mood now. :D

So on Saturday, I got off work like, round 7pm, and we went out for dinner, my family & I. Dad drove somewhat without a final destination in mind, and we ended up in Whampoa at a Teochew restaurant. There were like many flying insects around, but didn't really matter because the food was good, and our moods were all pretty good and it was a particularly good dinner that we had together. :) Then we drove past Jalan Besar and whatnot, just having a great time until we got home.
Sunday I woke up, wanted to have breakfast with my family but I was already late, so had to hurry out to work. I was like 20 minutes late? I'm not usually LATE okay... so public holidays seem to be the most busy day of all, because it was just non-stop from the time I arrived until I got off at 7.30pm... Seriously, even busier than days with parties. :( Not good at all, seeing as we were also short-handed... Non-stop, literally I tell you.
Monday I couldn't wake up in time to watch the Emmys...but Neil Patrick Harris has done a wonderful job, especially the opening number!!! :D
So classy, so stylish! It just makes me <3 him more! :) & a lot of stars who got on stage to present / receive awards were like praising him, so that's a good sign innit? :)
I also saw the Big Bang Theory cast presenting!!! ;D
Anyway, after that, we all headed out for supposedly breakfast... but ended up at Marina Square with aunt's family in tow because my Dad thought this restaurant from long ago was still there, but it wasn't. So it was quite funny. Then they just hung around, walked around, tried to get the camera lens fixed but that wasn't successful and all... then they decided to settle down for lunch at Imperial Palace where we ate la-mian / rice / etc etc. Not too bad!
Then they decided to look at washing machines and ended up at Millenia Walk as well, by which time I was already texting with Ky to decide on the meeting place and time for our ice-cream buffet.
Got home, showered and went out to Ion! Met Ky & took some time to find Angella and then realised that it was a public holiday and the ice-cream buffet was not valid so we went to eat at Xin Wang (Hong Kong) Cafe under the existence of the girl who just came back from Hong Kong. So weird right? I mean, you would think that coming back from Hong Kong, you'd want to eat something Singapore-ish... but nooooo, had to go eat HK food again, which isn't as authentic! But at least the char siew bao I ordered was pretty awesome, but expensive in this case.
Caught up with those 2 and I think Angella felt a little neglected when we talked about work and stuff, so sorry Angella! Haha, you don't look burnt at all, but not as white as my char siew bao either! :P Window shopped a bit and I left to meet with my parents and my uncle and my cousins. Zhanli so cute, always keep forgetting my name... is it that hard to remember? Haha.
So basically that was my weekend...
& here's a clip of the Kanye West debacle by the Colbert Report. It's pretty funny!

i have many videos to share today! :D & lots of things to update on! :D Videos first!
1. Kris Allen
I'm not exactly a fan of the late King of Pop but I do love some of his songs, especially when OTHER people cover them lol. Like Kris Allen <3 He's so amazing is he not? I think my favourite song has got to be Man in the Mirror. Don't know why but it's the melody, round the chorus, it just gets to me!
I think a song is successful when it connects with an emotion that a person is feeling. And this one definitely does it for me. :D
This cover is so awesome, period haha! Love the acoustic guitar plucking he does in the beginning. Wish I could. :)
If you want more from this, Falling Slowly & Heartless are
here &
here respectively!!! :D
& his new single Live Like We're Dying is finally out! :D I think on the first listen, it's pretty good, might have to listen to it a few more times before I really get groovy but it's sounding goooood bb! X)
2. McFly
This couple of weeks, McFly has been touring Europe!!! Dougie fell ill on the day of one of the gigs, so the boys, being the awesome people they are to their fans, decided to give a special acoustic set of some really old songs for the fans!!! I wish I was there because they played Too Close for Comfort!!!! I mean, they don't do that song on tours enough!!! :( I wish they could play all their songs in their repertoire!!! XD That would totally kick ass!
Just so you know, they have lots of stuff coming in
here, the most reliable source I know! :D & now that Tom has a Flip camera, he has these silly videos coming in on his youtube page which only makes us fans flip!!! ;)
3. Glee, Vampire Diaries, Gossip Girl, Melrose Place, The Beautiful Life
All I've got to say is this year's fall tv schedule kicks major TV butt! I love alllllll of these shows and I'm still wanting to watch more!!! :D Especially Glee, VD & TBL!!!! D: Awesome awesome awesome. So many hot guys to ogle at, and the dialogue can be pretty cooool, especially Glee & Greek. :D
I've got a lot more to say, but I need a tiny break. TRUE BLOOD!!!! :D
Friday, September 18, 2009 11:13 pm
You know what, work these few days were not too bad. I don't really talk much, but I guess I can say I get along fine with the rest of the girls there. & yesterday was pretty sad because one of us left for a better future and she was fun. Anyway, today it rained and seeing as my sports shoe, which has been faithfully serving me for more than 6 years now I think, is pretty absorbent when it comes to water... so I tried avoiding the puddles that were along the path. Sadly, about 5 minutes of doing that later, I still got my whole socks drenched. I gave up and just went about with icky wet shoes the whole day. Air drying them now. :/ Oh right, and since the rain... all these "ants-with-wings" are constantly bugging me. & you know how I hate bugs!!!! :( Especially those with wings because they are unpredictable... you never know where they may fly at. Sob... but I managed... I don't like working nights. :/
& I got back my semester results today. I was delaying opening that SMS or checking NPStudent because I didn't want to be all disappointed and stuff... but I guess I didn't have to be, like always... 8) I did okay! :D Not that I should be proud or anything, I still have to work harder if I wanna get into a university because with my grades I won't be able to... I'm just surprised at certain modules... where I may have done better than expected haha! Not gonna post results here cos it might be seen as boasting or something... but I can say that I got my very first
A! Ever since I've been in poly, I've never gotten an A... but finally my time has come! :D It really spurs me to only be more positive in the next semester! :D
k, off to watch Survivor now!
xx
12:01 am
I just remembered...
RESULTS ARE OUT TOMORROW.
Oh no oh no I knew it was on Friday, but I guess work just totally threw me off and I completely forgot about it. Shit. Will they post results like at the stroke of midnight? In that case, I'm like 14 minutes to Friday! GAH!!!! No this will not do. I shall not let this get to me. It's only results. I already told my Mom what I expected. Here are my expectations:
Newswriting: I love writing, I really do, and this module will definitely set the mark as to where I stand in journalistic terms I guess? That and whether or not I can stand out from the crowd with my unique way of processing a story. Oh my god. My last assignment was a utter failure in my words, so I'm hoping a B average.
Advertising: Yay for Maybelline eh? :) I think we've all worked hard for this project and I have to say it was pretty fun. If this is how it's like in the real world, then I wouldn't mind considering this as one of my majors really. It's just that I probably screwed up the final exam so hopefully with my project grades helping, I'm giving and taking a B as well.
Photography: Seeing as how much I kinda liked this module, I really hope that I can score a B for my final photos and what not.
Media Research Methods: MRM. Probably a B+. I crammed so hard for this exam I'm not leaving without a B+ okay!
Media Management: MM. What can I say? I've given up all hope, seeing as how our group wasn't as united and productive as I would've liked. :/ So a C+ is good enough for me. I'll take it! I'll take it!
TV Production: Hm... I wouldn't say TVPROD was more fun than the first year's filming projects because it involves too much scripting and TV language is so not my forté even though I watch quite a bit of it... Haha, so much for fun filming dramas and tragic love stories eh? :D Anyway, B?
French: Seeing as how they emailed us saying we all passed, I hope a B for me! ;D
So there we go,
4 Bs, 1 B+, and 1 C+ (not counting French), that will be a rough estimate, not factoring in the credit units (4 x 3 + 3.5 + 2.5) / 6 = 3.0 average GPA score.
Okay this is sad. I shall not continue and just pray for tomorrow. :/
Fingers crossed and pray for me too!! :)

Yesterday I slept most of the day away. I woke up at 10.30am, then headed out for lunch with my Mom & Dad at this new restaurant along the row of shophouses near my place. Pretty good "
la-mian" they have there! :D & we also chanced upon this Western grill restaurant that was newly opened as well, the food sounds so awesome! There's pizza, pasta, fish & chips etc etc! :D All my cravings are starting to surface... HAHA.
Anyway, today I also slept till about 9 plus? :( Then decided to go out with my Mom to Vivo for lunch. I treated her to
Marché! :) Woot, she had this crepe that had cheese and roasted chicken and stuff in it! Maybe can re-create it sometime soon!!!! :D:D:D
Full lunch, bought Teen Vogue @ Page One. OMG LAH! I love Page One. ;) Teen Vogue there is like 6 dollars only!!! I now know where to buy my monthly copy of Teen Vogue!!! Though I still would like to get it for $10 US dollars for 2 years like US residents. :(
Had curry tonight, love my mom's cooking!!!
okay see ya.

3:26 pm
Wow, I haven't had much time or rather, energy to post about work and life for 5 days. Oh well, now that the smell of what I think is chili or something is wafting through the balcony window, I'll recount my days! :)
Okay, so I got Tuesday off as well, which I think I blogged about previously. Feels like it's been like WEEKS since then really. :( Anyway, Wednesday came and I worked the morning with Melissa and it was pretty alright, but we found out that one of the staff resigned and we really liked the lady! :( She was really nice. I don't think I'm good at handling situations that put me in awkward positions, or that require me to think back because I've really forgotten. This is bad, I think I might get Alzheimer's disease when I grow old. Maybe even now I'm showing like symptoms of it. I can hardly remember what went on on Wednesday, so I'm like referring to Ky's blog to jog my memory. :'( Anyway, worked till 4 but stayed back a while to talk to the girls. They bonded already la. I jealous. :( HAHAHAHA.
Thursday was like the same as Wednesday.
However Friday I reached my workplace and I'd barely started and the boss told me that Hougang's bubble tea shop needed me today and I was to go down. At first I was like shiiiiiiiiit, I just came to Pasir Ris and now I'm supposed to go to Hougang? But luckily I only went around 1, and the boss drove me there, so I saved bus fare!!! :D & yes I still remembered how to make bubble tea. & it was less stressful than other days because the boss there had diarrhea (OMG I just spelt diarrhea properly!!!) and wasn't there. But we sold less cups than normal. :( It was fun though, because the son of the noodle stall somewhere nearby came with his yoyo and lingered until closing time. But after, I smelled like frying oil. Really gross. & Ky had to clean the toilet area, which was sympathetic.
Saturday went down horribly. I didn't notice my phone's vibration telling me that I had a text from my mother saying that she'd be coming down round 3. So I happily worked and worked and got a freaking big shock when I saw my uncle, aunt and my parents walking into the compound. :o I was like
OH MY GOD MY WHOLE FAMILY IS FREAKING HERE. & i just went ballistic from there, to exaggerate. :( I guess I was pretty rude to them now that I look back on it cos I just asked them to leave... which they did. :/ But then, I really didn't want them to come because of several reasons.
a) The prices are just ridiculously overcharged and I wouldn't eat there if I had to pay.
b) I work in the kitchen. I for one know what the situation of the food is like.
c) I just thought it was majorly awkward... which no one seems to understand because they say it's perfectly fine for family to visit....
Even Ky said "my parents come, I 'tou xiao' already..." :/
I don't get it. Maybe I'm just fiercely private and wish to keep family and work separate. Or people might think that by reacting in such a way, I am actually ashamed of my family? I don't know... I really didn't mean it that way. Seriously. I'm not ashamed of them. I guess I just wasn't mentally prepared for them to show up... :/
But later on after they left, I was able to get off work and join them at Changi Airport for dinner. Which I thought would be kind of awkward, and it was a really delicate situation. I think they all thought I was angry at them for coming "uninvited". Oh what a day... made me cry at night la! :( I should just kill myself for even throwing a tantrum at my parents for being so supportive. :/ But I guess if I was like relatively open with them about details of my workplace in the first place, they wouldn't have wanted to visit so much. :(
Sunday was party day! I arrived like at 9am and when Ky came at 10 business started picking up. I was in charge of taking care of customer's orders while boss and Ky cooked.
& there was one incident that raised my goosebumps even just talking about it. This family wanted the blinds down because it was sort of hot with the sun shining in, so I thought, okay I'll let down the blinds for them... So as I let it down, I heard them like getting startled but at first I thought nothing of it, but then it all happened so fast and when I looked I saw a huge patch of black on the blinds. My first thought was... FLIES!!! & I suddenly just lost all instinct to react. I was just stunned... Then I realized they were saying ants ants ants... So I was oh my god oh my god... & raised the blinds back up. I didn't really know what to do... even now I'm feeling all grossed out. If only you saw how many ants they were... ew ew ew ew ew. Then the lunch crowd came and it was just hectic. I get bitchy when I seem to be doing so much and the rest are not as anxious as I am... Am I too much? Maybe people will hate this side of me. I think even I do. :/ It's not good when I say too much. Sometimes I can be so tactless, and then I back out because I want to avoid the conflict or because I finally realized what I've done.
Party was crazy, it was raining before the party, and it was really heavy, and we'd barely eaten lunch and we had to start preparing food. I was handling the teriyaki chicken... sad sad sad. The mini pizza looks good though! :o & oh, the lady was nice enough to give us some cake! :D I love cake. & Ky got her pay and left... boss told me to take a short break... :/ & I basically did not see the father of the birthday girl tip us 20 bucks!!!! >:( So cool right, 20 bucks!!! :D
Anyway, today Ky's flying off, Angella's back from Genting, and the row of shophouses at my place is starting to fill up with new restaurants and stuff. YAY!!!!!

I'm dedicating my
900th post, (YES my 900th), to Jesse McCartney! :D
Jesse McCartney - Body Language - featuring T-Pain
He's such a stud, and the show I'm currently watching,
GREEK, has him in it! Well, a couple of episodes but he's so AWESOME! & this music video, so "futuristic" no? :) I love this song, and and and and his dancing so freaking to the beat yes? :D
& not to forget, MCFLY! :D This is one of my favourite interviews of them. They look so relaxed, so happy and comfortable. & the photoshoot's a kickass one... I need photos already! :) Danny looks amazingly awesome! & so do the rest of the 3. :D
Anyway, work today was quite okay! I made crispy ROTI PRATA for everyone! :D

What with zero exercise being done but 100 % pigging out, who wouldn't get fat?
I'm getting pretty sad that my tummy's not getting flatter, but flabbier. :( Well, I was already sad about it a long time ago... I mean, I want to change but I don't have the willpower to get my arse off the chair and start running around and burning that fat away. I'll probably need the help of some slimming programme after I turn 18 or something because I'm THAT lazy. Omg. :(
That being said, I had an awesome rest-day yesterday! Went out for breakfast with the family @ Tiong Bahru market first... then after sending Dad to the office and coming home for a while, Mom & I went out to Bugis! I was planning on getting a few Converse tees, but damn, I screwed it up, so I guess I'll go get it on my own in Tampines. :/ & oh yes, we went to Iluma! ;) Let me just say that, other than the awesome design of the place, and the freaking long escalators, there's nothing much about Iluma... Can't believe they let David Archuleta stage his first appearance in there... but I guess the advantage was there was a lot of space. Anyway, we went right up to the level where all the food was. It was uber cool! :D I mean, quite a few eateries.
& we had lunch at this restaurant that looked like it was the "brother" of New York New York! It's called
Empire State , like from the Empire State Building? Not many people really, even though it was lunchtime, but we sat down and ordered the
Caesar Salad with Chicken &
Honey Peanut Waffle. Let me just say the salad was the best salad EVERRRR!!!!!! It had egg, and bacon, and the dressing was just right, and there was this CHEESE flakes that I fell in love with, and CROUTONS!! :O I know right?? I can eat that salad everyday I think! :D It was THAT GOOD. Oh and the waffle wasn't crispy, like my mom likes... but it was pretty damn awesome! There was M&Ms (which I didn't like), and peanut butter, and maple syrup, oh and vanilla ice cream on top. I think maybe I haven't eaten peanut butter for too long, it was freakingly salty, which killed the point of having DESSERT for me. But the waffle & maple syrup alone just made everything so much better! :D I think if i just had the waffle & maple syrup, sans the peanut butter, chocolate and ice cream, I'll be a happy girl. :D
So yes, it was so great that I think I might visit the place again. :D
WOOOOO.
Sinful but who cares when it's food!

Saturday, September 05, 2009 9:57 am
so this is basically what i wanted to say:
THE BEFORE:
"Anyway, I thought like since I found a job so early into the holidays, the 'rents would be like, wow that's good, or at least a "that's good."
I mean, previous holidays have shown that when I didn't get a job, they would not nag as much, but they would ask me to go find one right?
So now that I've found one so easily, maybe it would placate them somewhat... but when I let my Dad know the other day when he returned home from China or wherever, he was sort of like, why don't you find something more meaningful, more related to what i'm studying, more... beneficial in a sense? I was pretty put off by that, I mean, c'mon, can I not do anything to make anyone happy?! When i don't have a job, you ask me to go find one or else pick up a new skill. Now that I have a job, you tell me that I should quit it and do something else that will BENEFIT me. Okay fine, I know you mean well, but how can you expect me to just QUIT my job right? I mean, it's so frustrating because I thought they would be okay with me working, but when he found that it was just a waitressing job, he thought i could do something better...
If it were THAT easy, why couldn't he do that? & he said it's just writing a letter in to the magazine company blah blah blah. Would they even consider me? I mean I wouldn't mind at all doing that, but I have a prior commitment already. If you told me about it BEFORE i got the job, it would have made things a whole lot easier wouldn't it? But I don't blame him at all, because I made that decision. It's just really... disheartening because it makes me feel like I made a wrong decision and ARGH!!!!! Damn these tears already."
The After:
"It was while I was standing around waiting for customers to come that I suddenly saw the sense my father was trying to make. I mean, why am I slogging out for 9 hours almost every day of the week for the rest of my holidays? It's definitely not to become more independent, and also not for the experience no matter how much we want to believe we are.
All it boils down to is money. The ultimate and first motivation to even bother looking for a job was for money. Like, for people like us, we're teenagers. We can want to earn money, that's pretty much fine. However, when you start earning the money and reflect on the process in which you got that money from... would you be happy? I think we should focus more on being happy, and not on the monetary aspect. I know better now. I understand my father was only trying to help because he's my father, and wants what's best for me. It shouldn't be for anything but the learning experience. That is what is the most important,
because at the end of the day, when you think back on this stint, will you want to say "Oh, I didn't learn much that I can apply to life, but I did earn quite a bit of money!", or would you want to say, "Oh, I've learnt stuff that even money cannot buy." "
Oh yeah, and I don't want to be hearing anything about not liking what I'm doing because it's not that, maybe I don't have the right attitude when I went into this. Not like Ky, who seems to be totally enjoying it, which makes me even more frustrated because I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Have fun innit, that's what they said, but am I? I mean, I'm so uptight with things like this, and it just takes all the fun out of the whole process doesn't it?
How does one do her job well, and have fun while doing so? That's gonna be one thing I have to figure out on my own.

i would post but i'm feeling so tired. maybe tomorrow morning k? ;)

Is it September already?
That should be a classic line from a song that will be written by none other than
moi. :D But that ain't gonna be the case since I'm well knackered. The awesome cool Parisian weather isn't helping too! :p I would say Hong Kong-ish but it sounds weird. Haha! I feel like sleeping! But I've been sleeping like a lot since yesterday. Like for example, I slept till 10.30 in the morning on Monday, and took a nap from 4.30 to 6 haha. And then I slept at 10pm. Heh, now if you were wondering what I did with my precious time, that'd be the bulk of it.
But I have good reason for sleeping so much okay! I'm working like pretty long hours, standing most of the time, not that I'm complaining, because it's actually quite fun sometimes, and it brings in some savings! :) Yes. I'm working again tomorrow so it'd better have some awesome weather like today! Rain!!! I love the smell of rain and I hate the heat, so... RAIN PLEASE! :)
I woke up early today to take a walk with my mom and had breakfast at Outram MRT. Then we bought some chiffon cake (which tastes really spongey and nice and was featured on TV) home for the second time in 2 days! I love love love cake. :p That's why I need regular exercise :( I eat too much and too unhealthily. Bah!!!
School today for resume/interview course. Like, pretty helpful I guess, since resumes and interviews will be part and parcel of life in time to come. It was raining heavily though, and so cold!! I like. :D Besides, Ky got chosen for roleplaying, so yay for that! :p Signed up for my French lessons again, woot. Haven't had much chance to read my text. :p Must've forgotten EVERYTHING!!! :(
Wah seh, everyone's losing weight, I must start losing INCHES!!!! :(
I found some really cool music to listen to! :D
The Afters is one of them. They wrote Myspace Girl & previously the hit song
Beautiful Love. I love that song!!! :D Go listen to it I think you will find it familiar!!! I never knew the band who sung this song, but now I do! :D
Myspace Girl quite funky hur! :) Sounds like something a teenage band would write right? :D so cute la!
I'm still watching Greek, and loving it! :)
So that's what I've been up to... I still update
twitter quite a bit, and recently
my tumblr which is way cool. :p & i just uploaded a few photos on
Flickr using my Danny500 so check it out? :) Here's a teaser:
gosh it looks better on camera. :/ meh.
oh oh!
I have to post this:
funny shitxz, Dane Cook dissing Vanessa Hudgens about her naked pics. Seriously the Teen Choice Awards is getting less and less teen-friendly and more R-rated in a sense, with the whole Miley Cyrus (is-she-or-isn't-she-pole-dancing) debacle, and now this comment from Dane Cook. It deserves a watch! :D I tell you you can see Nikki Reed laughing beside her. & from her surprised look (at being called) to being all -_- douchebag. :)
they even made a remix out of it!
Okay I'm going to watch some Greek now. :)
